John works with private customers, contractors and architects to solve their roofing design needs. His broad range of experience has been gained through private and employed work over the course of his career.

While working for a roofing company John’s work was nominated and shortlisted as one of the top 5 roofing projects in the country. His work is respected and highly sought after in the South Hams, Devon, Cornwall and surrounding areas.

VS Roofing is the trading name for John Hopkin. John has over 25 years experience in the roofing trade. After serving with a roofing company for 15 years as one of their most experienced roofers he’s now using his experience to continue working on specialist and high quality roofing projects.

While working for a roofing company John worked on every type of project but began working with a variety of specialist materials including lead, copper, zinc and slate. His current work covers restorations, replacements and bespoke roofing projects.
